FSU has shite the bed every year except when they had a Heisman qb. With an easier schedule, in the ACC, against the likes of Wake Forest. Jimbo is not even any better than Miles.

It's basically Herman or bust, and even he is not proven yet. Plenty of coaches are hot shite at mid majors and then can't hack it in the bigs.

Their odds of getting a superior coach to Miles are very very low

Obviously we're rolling the dice but I'd rather take the chance than keep declining

LSU might not get Herman and they might not get a superior coach to the Miles of 2005-2013, but getting a superior coach to Miles right now is basically a given.

4-5 in his last 9 games (3-5 in last 8 regular season games) and 2-4 in last 6 SEC games with a top 5 talented roster that he can no longer coach up.

The man is getting older and the game has changed. He cannot adapt. He appears to have tried to and LSU has the 110th ranked offense or something with 9 returning offensive starters.

Literally ANY 40-45 year old head coach at a mid major who has had success could do better than THIS. The past is no longer relevant. Miles is done.

Anyone would be better than what is being produced right now. And, he cannot change. He's 62 and is stuck in the past. If he could have adapted, then fine. He can stay. But he can't or won't.
