Ummm, quit reading as soon as I saw the first picture because it is painfully obvious that the amount of football knowledge you have can fit within the eye of a needle. Please educate yourself and until then do yourself a favor and shut the frick up so that you don't embarrass your fan base.

You mean the photo that showed targeting, crown of helmet, helmet to helmet contact?

NCAA Rules on Targeting
