Dude. Does the same reasoning hold true for Air traffic Controllers? Doctors? You are missing the point! This isn't a cop problem because of who is a cop. This is a problem brought on by stress, etc.

I understand what their protest is about. What I don't understand is their method. Do they honestly believe that our country is backing what is going on?
You don't condemn everybody based upon the actions of the few.

I find it odd that some African-Americans in our country find it reprehensible that people lump all AA's in the same category as a few violent AA's......then lump all police officers in the same category because of the actions of a few. That doesn't seem just a bit off kilter to you?
