I've never thought that Savvy was that gorgeous either, but she's definitely not trailer trash. Her family is well off.
She's a really solid person, though. Pretty much universally liked by her peers during high school , which is saying something for a pageant person.

I actually liked her personality, but on looks alone compared to the others she definitely wasn't the hottest.
