What proof do you have that they are?
Affirmative action programs prove they aren't oppressing minorities. Though deep down affirmative action and welfare are what is causing the black community so much strife. It's not some police department or white republican.

I'm so glad you used affirmative-action. Affirmative action has helped more white women then it has minorities. I can give you all the data that would suggest this but you would not believe it. I suggest you do a 45 minute research on affirmative-action and who it benefits more.
