Last year they missed half the season due to strike.
They can be dominant at times but the program can be inconsistent year to year. You never find out for sure but it's off the field issues a lot of time. ESTL is a rough place for kids.

Also Mizzou made that graphic and sent it to Thomas, or his coach or whatever and someone posted it on facebook.
