I realize history gets rewritten but this is a doozy that I've heard repeated a lot. UGA couldn't have won with that play. They'd only have tied the game. Otherwise, you're correct that Lambert was not a problem that game even losing Chubb wasn't a problem as Sony filled in and had a huge day.

And yes, UGA does need some WRs/TEs to step up for whoever is QB. That said, Lambert had his meh days too but I don't think they or he are nearly as bad as they were made out to be.

This is dumb. The key to our offense last year was that Chubb and Sony needed to both have a huge day every Saturday.
