TCU has the best (college) team name in the state.
I can't say best overall, because I know there would be argument from the Hutto Hippo fans, but nothing collegiate beats them.

Great mascot, for sure, but they haven't won state since back when they were 3A. That town has boomed and now they have to play with the big boys.
