Fulmer had no issues here. UT has historically been one of the best national recruiting schools due to their lack of in state talent. Especially east of Jackson. Fulmer had no issue going into Georgia. UT still doesn't if it needs to. Heck Dooley had some success there that is still paying off after he left with us being able to get Kamara. When UT is good it has no issues going into Georgia as if it were it's own backyard.
