There may be 2 different possibilities.

They either somebody akin to Larry Coker or Frank Solich (Mark Helfrich?) who to their credit is able to keep the success going for a while before they start sucking.

Or they could pull off a UF and hire somebody even worse like Zook or Muschamp who starts sucking right away.
