I'm an ordained minister, and I pay my taxes. And despite the legalities between the two, I was just pointing out that gays can in fact effect me and my job. If a gay wanted to make things difficult for me he or she could do that very easily. Luckily I myself haven't been put in that situation. It's not alright when that happens. I've had friends in the ministry who were used for just such a soundboard by gays.

If you're merely paying income taxes on the salary you get from a church, you are not a business. You are not obligated to perform weddings for anyone. You and your church can pick and choose, freely, who can be married, with you as the presiding minister, there. This is protected by the Constitution.

No, they can not! This is not similar to the bakers, wedding planners, printers, florists, etc. who operate registered businesses for the market place at large. They do have to offer their services/products to everyone.
