The entire Alabama defense had no problems whatsoever defending Fournette, though I'll admit, there was never an open field for him anyway save that one 18 yard run in the 4th quarter. 31 yards on 19 carries.

Well gee frickin wizz, I guess Fournette is worthless.

That's because the entire Alabama defense made it a point to stop Fournette. It was a miracle every time he made it to the line of scrimmage.
