Never understood the attraction to living in a sterile neighborhood with an HOA. Giving up some of my property rights isn't something I take lightly

Can't fathom it really. Would be humorous to have some fella walking around my "neighborhood" telling folks what to do. I don't think he'd make it past the first house.
