Yeah, that's it. It couldn't be because for the 1st time in a while we haven't been decimated by draft eligible players headed to the NFL while they still had eligibility. It couldn't be because we return 18 starters while all of the rest of our SEC opponents return 14 or less and our biggest nemesis returns on 11. It couldn't be because we have much needed depth that we lacked last year. It couldn't be because we aren't starting an inexperienced QB. It can't be because we hire one of the brightest defensive coordinators in the game.

It's almost as if those 18 returning starters didn't get absolutely embarassed by Bama, OM, and Arkansas last year. Enjoy your September/October championship, because we all know LSU folds like a cheap suit as soon as November hits.
