Looks like Muschamp may have learned from florida OL recruiting inadequacy

We've all heard it before, Muschamp didn't recruit enough OL at florida. It was evident their 2013 season, one of the most snake-bit seasons anyone has ever had, and they were starting walk-ons on OL>
His first 2 years at florida, Muschamp had 4 total OL commits for '11 and '12 (2 each year.) In '13 he took 5 OL, but none of them were highly ranked. I would agree with those people, it would seem that he had a crappy OL Coach/Recruiter, or he didn't put a lot of emphasis on it.
The difference b/w what he did there and what he's doing now is drastic. SC has 4 OL already committed this class, including a US Army All American in TJ Moore and one of the top JUCO OT's in Daley. He had 4 OL commits last cycle, including a JUCO All American in Cooperwood. Muschamp has 8 OL commits his first 2 classes, he only had 9 after his first 3 classes at florida.
Muschamp is trusting Shawn to take care of the OL and his evaluations, b/c Elliott has been getting things done for the past 5 years. Elliott helped 5 OL to be drafted in the NFL, and then a bunch of those guys like King get a shot as well. Corey Robinson was a 2*/3* prospect who Elliott turned into a NFL draft pick. Elliot can evaluate talent, and once we have some Elite Recruiting Coaches (like TRob, Lance and McClendon) work in some territories, they'll open doors for Elliott to levels of talent he hasn't been able to access up to this point. Brandon Shell is still the highest rated player Elloitt got, but he was an instate guy.

Zandi is a guy some think can get on a roster at the next level by hook or by crook. If so, that's another 2*-low 3* guy. Jc shared yesterday that since 2011,every player that was a starter at tackle other than mike matulis (sp) is presently in the league.

That's what I'm thinking. Elliott has already proven he can develop NFL talent and scout it out in the first place. IF he now takes a grey shirt/2*/initially non-scholarship guy like Mason Zandi and gets him drafted....there should not be a shadow of a doubt in anyone's mind.
