account the numbers realize that Bo Jackson was in a Wishbone Offense and shared the backfield and carries with as many as FOUR other NFL RBs on the roster at the same time

I can't tell if you are acknowledging how such an offense helped bo, or if you are saying it hurt bo.

I'm saying that Bo didn't get as many carries as he could have because of the nature of the offense and Auburn didn't need Bo to carry them like say Georgia with Herschel.

For example, taking away Bo's junior season when he was injured Bo averaged 187 carries a year
Hershel averaged 331 carries per year.
Emmitt averaged 233 carries
McFadden averaged 261 carries
Fournette is averaging 243 already

Bo was easily the most effective of the RBs mentioned with the ball in his hand. The point was if he had been Auburn's entire offense like Herschel was with UGA his numbers would have been off the charts, probably close to Barry Sanders Heisman season good.
