The criminal case was complete horseshite which is why the DA completely dropped it. Wishful thinking by bitter rival fans.
That said, it was also questionably bad judgement by the players which is why Saban is putting them through a probation period with a bunch of things they have to do....Saban isn't going to frick up their lives over this and if that doesn't sit well with others, tough shite
