Actually, no. Bullard was tied for 4th in TFL in SEC play with 10.5 TFL.

No, they ran right at him because he is not good against the run. A physical tackle can handle Garrett run blocking.

The site I looked at included rushing attempts and TFLs from the SECCG. Regardless, Bullard's ratio is unchanged if the attempts and TFLs from the SECCG are removed. Bullard and Garrett were at the top of their position in the conference with TFL/RA ratios of 1/27 and 1/32 respectively. Bullard had far better talent around him and that isn't arguable.
If you think Garrett sucks, so be it. He'll get drafted in the first or second round next year regardless.
