Yep. Except it was his right leg and he was on a motorcycle. My best friend Tray from HS married Ron's wife's sister. Ron lived in Country Club of the South at that time and I used to play golf with him and Tray a few times a year. I remember when that happened. If I recall it was in the winter before the season started. He had a Mardi Gras party at his house a few weeks after he broke it that I went to with Tray and his wife. After he got traded to St Louis, I loved when the Cards came to town because the visiting players families had a block of tickets right behind home plate about 15 rows up. Tons wife always got 4 and would give 2 of them to me and Tray. Good times.

Glad to see he has a decent gig with Good Day Atlanta. His family milked him dry of his money during his career and he was hurting pretty good after his divorce.
