You might want to review what Clinton said she had and compare that to what the FBI said she really had - and remember that does not include the thousands of messages she deleted that were unrecoverable.

The two situations are damned near identical with the only difference aside from the stature of the people involved is that Clinton employed an IT staff to do it for her and the sailor did it himself.
