I don't think anyone is arguing that baseball is Big 3 nationwide. Just in the SEC, and for a big majority of the schools in the SEC it is.
I'd view women's basketball as Big 3 nationwide.

As for as the SEC as a whole I agree. The link I posted was 2014's numbers, my mistake, here are 2015's.

As for as the 3rd sport of the Big 3, as a whole, I think you have to look at it from a school to school basis. According to this, it looks like hockey is extremely popular at schools with hockey teams.
