there is a difference in being "light" on non-violent crime and not any enforcement. I really expected some plea bargaining to lesser stuff and they walk anyway. But to say a bag of dope and a stolen gun warranted no charges is a complete pile of crap. If that had been me I would still be in prison...

if the search was bad, then no it's not a load of crap. The DA would have had no case. However, the comments he made were ridiculous
