I'm in. Regarding the flex position, I'm not a big fan, unless it's an added position. Yes, there are a scant handful of TE's that score consistently and usually only 10 pts or less at that. However, a flex position is nothing more than an invitation to a team loaded at RB to overcome a hole in their roster at another position. I'm not even crazy about it as an added position, but at least then you can't totally ignore another position, or you do so at your own peril. I'll go with the flow and do whatever, but I feel like the closer it is to a real roster, the better manager you have to be. Just MHO.
