It is corrupt, but they are building a ton of shite right now for the city.
Also, that timeline for the BJCC project (including renovations to the Legacy and a new stadium) is overblown. Could mean a 20-year viability plan and the person who reported it messed up.
City Council does have this thing approved and ready to go. What's awesome about this project? Two damn hotels near it with TopGolf in walking distance

I honestly think it won't pass.
Doesn't mean the plans won't be built, just would be delayed due to lack of funding..just my guess though
