Don't pay anywhere near this. I've noticed Alabama tickets for these neutral site and playoff games are getting cheaper and cheaper. You are correct to figure out face value and probably set that as the max you will pay. A lot of people are getting tapped out money-wise or burnt out time-wise on these games. Sellers on the secondary market were have trouble even getting face value for the national championship game last year.

ETA: You could get okay seats to Alabama Wisconsin last year in this game for less than face value. I think the face value ranged from $150 - $300 but you could buy on stubhub the week before the game for less than $100.
