Why are you going on a message board complaining about Ole Miss? Does your 1998 self want to kick your own arse right now?

I mean, think about it. Ole Miss has rustled your jimmies. Freaking Ole Miss. High school stadium, Independence Bowl champ...yes, that Ole Miss.

Ole Miss used to be a great road trip for you. You could go out on the Square on a Friday night, wake up to a great day of tailgating, get the early W on a Saturday thanks to a Jefferson Pilot kickoff time, and leave feeling pretty good about your experience. You would always leave with a great impression of the place, even ask out loud, "why doesn't this place win more? We all had a great time and Oxford is legit? What am I missing?"

We made a fantastic hire in 2011, going outside the box on a proven head coach at every level except the SEC. And we hired an AD that knew what he was doing that was not within the Ole Miss family. They both came in with a plan and executed on it.

Ever since 2011, your fun filled weekend in Oxford with a presumed W to add to your list has now changed. You are rustled. tFear is real. Ole Miss is a major power in college football and that will not change any time soon. Every time we post a gif of your QB throwing a pick six to Cody Prewitt, Andrew Ritter kicking a game winning FG, or your assistant coach trying to trip our All American cornerback after his picks off your QB, you die a little inside. When we went into the Superdome and completely destroyed Oklahoma State in lieu of a Sugar Bowl victory, and in the process crossed the 50 yard line on offense, you realize this isn't 1983 anymore.

The SEC is done, it's over.
