There are plenty of healthcare jobs with a VA, Shands (UF's teaching hospital), and North Florida regional.
However, it is about as far from ocean as you get in Florida. 1 1/2 hours. Though there are springs and lakes nearby.

My absolute favorite part of Florida. Other than seeing family, it's the only reason I've been back to Florida in years.
