It's not just a matter of OU foregoing a conference TV rights share, it would be the fact that any SEC games played at OU could not be televised under the SEC's TV deal for the duration of the GOR. The SEC isn't going to send teams into a TV black hole. So, even if OU were to be of interest to the SEC (which I'm skeptical about), it won't happen until the GOR expires.

If OU agreed to play all of their conference games on the road for the next 9 years, it might be workable.
