Probably but it's offset by a VERY iffy QB and OL, two of the three most important aspects of a team along with DL.
I'd rather have stacked lines and a good QB with youth everywhere else.

I think we have an above-average college QB with experience. He's not good to great, but he's solid enough and is a senior.
OL is a team weakness though, and that's not what you want to be a team weakness, but we did go get the OL Whisperer to coach 'em up. Don't think a whole lot can be done in one offseason though, so expect it to be mediocre to bad, which will put a cap on our potential this year.
