Look at it this way, Crow. If the police overhear a guy bragging he killed someone, (committed any other crime) they are going to investigate. if they find credible proof that what he said is true, they will bring charges, will they not? There is credible proof that Ledbetter was indeed drinking underage and did have a fake ID. I don't know how Kirby handles it, but we have to stop looking at it from the perspective of what we hope happens and reality. The reality is that Ledbetter did what he is accused and was caught. I have high hopes for his development here at UGA.....but it could keep him out of trouble later on if he learns a valuable lesson now.
