Jordan Jefferson spent half the season suspended for what eventually became a misdemeanor.
And we don't know yet if this will be a felony, misdemeanor, or charges dropped. You're on your high horse bc he hasn't been suspended yet, but the situation has more resolution needed before he (Saban) has to act. He doesn't have to act on your timeline.

Drop the horse shite. He's posturing to mitigate the eventual bad PR that's going to result from him not disciplining a starter in any meaningful way for the second year in a row.
No. My point is you don't know if he is going to discipline him or not at this point. If he doesn't discipline him, then hop back on that high horse bruh. If he does discipline him, I am certain you won't be here to admit you were wrong.
Maybe Saban should take it to a team vote. Lsu fans have no problem with that. (And before you start the "not comparable situation" nonsense, know that I am not saying the situations are comparable. I am saying your fans are ill equipped to bitch about discipline habits of other coaches, regardless of situation)

bullshite. Miles kicked an NFL defensive MVP candidate off the team for smoking weed, something a good chunk of your fanbase is currently bemoaning the outdated laws on.
Every time there has been a legal issue, the player has been suspended indefinitely until it's sorted out. The fact that Saban isn't even suspending them for a felony, even if it's eventually going to be a misdemeanor, is damning. He simply doesn't take discipline seriously unless the player was on the way out the door already. Only bama fans believe otherwise.
