You are great at giving the company line as to why education has increased in the state. When the schools were at a manageable size, they were considered some of the best educational bargains in the country. But nobody wants to explain what the large increase in tuition was caused by. Someone has to pay for the new housing, the new academic buildings, the great student activity buildings and the rest of infrastructure. Could the school keep its head above water with 35k instate students? Why should the taxpayer pay to educate and build housing for students that will leave forever after graduation. It is a problem at all the state school, it is just more prevalent at UA. Problem solved if we had a lotto, but that is not going to happen.

I'm sure we have people on this site who have children under the Hope Scholarship. I do not know who is paying for it, but my guess it is from the lotto. Talk about someone FOS.
