Touching someone's genitals against their will, or making someone touch your genitals against their will is sexual assault. You can't have caveats based on gender or intent, because that would open a can of worms for molesters to say "I was just pranking... It was just another guy and he was drunk! I wasn't even sexually aroused!"

If you don't want to go to jail for sexual assault, don't be a piece of shite who sexually assaults someone.

^^^and here it is. The dumbing down zero tolerance brave new world. As evidenced by the video, the guy was drunk and stupid, but clearly not a sexual deviant. This was not a sexual assault.

As I explained, you cannot have caveats based on intent, age, gender, drunkeness of either party, etc...

If you make someone else touch your genitals against their will, then the law must hold those people accountable. You cannot have molesters getting off based on the "I was not getting sexual gratification" defense. There's a bright line rule for a reason.

Everyone who says stuff like this would surely change their tune if it happened to their own daughter.

"Judge, I was merely making an artistic expression by sticking my penis in WorkinDawg's daughter's ear. I was not in any way sexually aroused, and it was all in good fun. I know she told me to stop, but it was ok because I wasn't aroused."
