Agree on the weed, but it's still a drug charge.

About the gun, do you know what kind it is? Does it really matter what kind it is? If he stole it, and he can shoot and kill someone with it, it's kinda of a big deal.

If you don't think it is, why don't you prove it's no biggie by standing 5 feet away from the barrel end, while Robinson pulls the trigger?

If it was not effective, while steal it and keep it under his car seat?
