It's really, really hard to respect MSU. Zero national titles in any men's team sport is atrocious.

I agree. But you have to remember MS only has 3 million population, and in the past, less than that. Additionally, MSU and OM share the state, so that's a big disadvantage from the very start. And that is the biggest reason MSU has zero national titles.
