And why is the OU guy wearing an Indian headdress? The juxtaposition of that with a land-thieving/cheating sooner is probably not the best messaging.

Well, since the Indians were more Sooner than the Sooners, maybe it's just an apt commentary by the famous caricaturist John Great Teasipper.
