If they were dealt with and nothing came of them (not infractions) they wouldn't be in a NOA that list infractions.
Also Freeze said he was shocked by the whole night living it out in real time. Not that he was shocked by those text because he never saw them. I don't know if he has but listen to the interview and get the facts.

TampaReb, I admire your tenacity in defending your school. But I think it's best for your sanity that you back up and let this go through it's cycle. You're going to run out of excuses and drive yourself crazy
