And you missed the post right after that said I wasn't suggesting he get fired after last season, just be clearly on the hot seat.
Keep in mind you still lost 5 games last year, so 5-3 doesn't matter quite so much when you drop 2 stinkers OOC.

He shouldn't be on the hot seat if he's building and steadily improving the program. That's ridiculous.
