You'll learn that all of the posters who crap on A&M are insecure.

As a person with a few loved ones who are Aggie alums and who I've talked to extensively about this, I'll bite.

A&M has some of the best academics in the SEC

A&M does have good academics and there's no doubt that sheerly based on its size, which is huge, the alum base is pretty wealthy and influential in TX. I'd be proud of that too.

Our traditions and sense of pride and purpose are unrivaled among SEC schools and schools around this nation. No one can match the Spirit of Aggieland.

This is where people have issues with you guys. As a fanbase, the vast majority of you are incredibly sensitive and annoying about this. You say we just don't understand your traditions, but no one cares to (or will ever care to). Yes, we all think your traditions are weird as f**k. From the milkmen cheerleaders to the midnight yell and whooping, your "spirit" is definitely unique. But don't confuse our criticism and outright mockery with envy or butthurt or whatever you want to call it. We don't understand it....and we never want to.
