yeah that would open a huge can of worms. if you have 50k to play with, that money is going to like 4 of each team's highest recruiting targets

How bout making it a one time benefit... The family member must submit proof(ie. electric bill and paperwork showing a disconnection notice) or receipt showing that the gift was used for food..

Of course this isn't a perfect idea BUT it's a step in the right direction IMO..
