Yep, and if the guy was willing to post his text I bet he would have no problems giving the phone to the NCAA.

That might be his end game now. Pay up or the phone gets handed over to the NCAA. Maybe that's why tunsil has a lawyer. The guy is attempting to "sell" the phone. Either back to Tunsil, OM or give it to the NCAA.

Just because Tunsil gave him the old phone doesn't mean that the guy owns the instagram account, twitter account, e-mail etc.

If I sell someone my laptop, and forgot to log out of my bank, that doesn't mean they own the money in the account.

Once he changes his passwords, I doubt the phone has much value to the NCAA.
