As an LSU fan, I'm sure you remember the 2011 roster.
LSU could have cleared the bench and still doubled their score, if Miles hadn't taken the genuflect option.
To go from that dumpster fire to a bowl win in one season is a laudable accomplishment. I won't expect you to agree, since objectivity is apparently not your strong suit.
