Hey I think you said you were a distance runner (or track at least)? Can you believe Lagat running 27:49 @ 41?

Swimmer, but minus the medium the training is very similar. That's a ridiculous 10k time. I couldn't imagine being 6 years older and training to compete at that level. It blows the mind.
