While we live in a day and age where technology is utilized for various things from video to text, there is an assumed amount of privacy we should expect if we're not the one putting that out there for public knowledge. It's why there's laws addressing hacking (see the charges filed against the guy who hacked all the celeb nude photos from the cloud recently).

It is entirely possible to feel sympathy for someone who is pretty clearly exploited from something like that.





You are missing one important point, though. Nobody took millions of dollars away from him. He did not lose money because a video was posted of him. There are TONS of videos posted of him.

He lost the money because of his actions on that video.
