A "victim of society"? Good LORD. No one is responsible for his/her actions any more according to this mindset, as almost any personal "problem" could be excused this way in some form or another. As for the video costing him money, I rather doubt that the NFL was worried about a one time youthful mistake. Obviously, this was not the first time he ever made this youthful mistake. He was in the hotel room where his roommate got messed up enough to fall through a plate glass window. So he smoked weed twice & both times shite happened? Ask any employer's HR dept how it feels about a possible job candidate's dumbness.
