Is he the victim?
Did you feel like Donald Sterling was a victim? Did you feel like Riley Cooper was a victim? Did you feel like government was the victim when Snowden released all their spying info?
All had stuff posted intended to hurt them, but I don't believe anyone thought they were victims. When you do things that are wrong, you have to pay the consequences, and you normally don't get to decide when you pay those consequences.
