It's not a matter of perspective. There is a speed limit. If you go faster than that speed limit and get caught, you are not a victim. You took a chance and you lost. You pay the price.

Don't get me wrong. I've been known to go a little over the speed limit, myself. We are all guilty. But if we are caught, we are not victims.

Now...is the guy (whoever it was) that posted the video and text messages on social media a nice guy? No. I wouldn't offer him a ride in my car if I thought I was going to speed. But Tunsil did what he is accused of doing. (Smoking the weed)

Tunsil didn't get caught. He was exploited. There is a difference. A much greater difference.
