I am working now, graduated from Masters. That is true, although it is hard to find the right person since most girls are taken that are in my culture (I am Asian btw). Yes am a virgin.

Just have to find ways to get out there more. Like Sabi said, join clubs, groups, etc around town. More you get out, the higher you're chances are.

find something that makes you feel the most confident version of yourself. look to make real connections with the people around you, girls, guys, as friends or for dating. go out with friends and try to have the best time possible. be it movies. bowling. drinking. whatever.
tell your friends that you're open to being set up. be open to being set up.
dont' worry about being a virgin. a lot of people are virgins. a lot of people will respect that.
you are an open slate. you might not have experience but you don't have bad habits either.
also, travel often. try the dating apps that aren't ridiculously superficial. be a nice person and respectful to the women you meet there.
enjoy your life. the rest will come.

I'm fairly certain this isn't the case, since Asian women I've known tend to prefer men who are at least 6 years older than them. 28 is the prime age for an Asian male looking for hot Asians right out of college.
