No shite. I already said it was a dumb point. But it wasn't my dumb point...it was the guy that said it isn't unauthorized if the guy had his password.

Eh, I've prosecuted someone in the past for doing something similar. He knew the passwords, transferred money that was unauthorized by the account holder. He was convicted of computer fraud, a felony, as well as theft. The fact that someone may have known Tunsil's pw for his account does not make use of that account yesterday unauthorized. Whether it was hacked or someone knew his pw doesn't change the authorized use element. Hacking, however, would add additional charges. At the end of the day, this will be a legal nightmare for several parties
