I agree that she should have resigned, however, I also recognize when she came into the job the issue at hand wasn't a requirement for the job. That being said, if she was able to find a lawyer to represent her and wanted to fight it more power to them. Stupid lawsuits should be an option to both sides on an issue if they are open to one.

People try to sue for anything . It's just another way to get free money. I heard earlier week that woman is trying to sue MJ and Nike cause her son got killed over a pair of Jordans
